P. Charles DiLorenzo has significant experience within all areas of Trust and Estate Planning.  Services include the handling will disputes, will construction proceedings and accountings.  Mr. DiLorenzo advises and implements wealth transfer strategies for high net‑worth individuals and the owners of closely‑held businesses to help achieve estate planning objectives while minimizing transfer tax liabilities. He counsels individual and corporate fiduciaries on all facets of estate and trust administration, preparation of federal estate and fiduciary income tax returns, post‑mortem tax planning and fiduciary accountings.

 

Charles is a graduate of La Salle Military Academy, Oakdale NY, College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA, Georgetown University School of Law (LLB)and New York University School of Law (LLM).

 

Admitted to practice at New Jersey State Bar, New York State Bar and US Tax Court, he has established affiliations with several New York and New Jersey law firms.
